Malaysia a neighbour country to Thailand

Malaysia is a country located in Southeast Asia. It has a good number of cities, islands, and attractions that make the country very fascinating to visit. It can be somewhat scary to visit if the wrong locations are visited, as crime can be a problem in some areas. For the rest of Malaysia, the value it holds in tourism is great, and should always be considered when deciding on what country to visit in Asia.
The first advice when traveling in Malaysia is to keep clean. Bringing recreational drugs can mean grave consequences- and can easily mean the death penalty. This holds true for drunk driving, which is a very serious offense. Theft is another problem in parts of Malaysia, so keeping important belongings in a safe place is very important. Sticking to bottled water is also recommended, to make sure nothing brings an otherwise perfect vacation to an end.

One of the most exciting adventures to be had in Malysia is visiting the national parks. Tours can be bought, although they tend to be extremely expensive. Some tours run as long as two weeks, so a large amount of money is usually needed for the more luxurious tours. There are around ten national parks to take advantage of when in Malaysia, so experiencing the natural beauty of the country is by all means easy and enjoyable.
Most visitors to Malaysia make the mistake of being rude, without meaning to. It is often considered rude to point at objects, unless it is with a closed fist and with a thumb. Showing intimacy in public is regarded as rude as well, and generally should not be shown. Same-sex relationships are also taboo in Malaysia, and should not be publicly shown to prevent any disrespect to the Malaysian citizens.

Tourism is a large part of Malaysia, as most of the hotels, restaurants, and attractions will show. Interestingly, tips are not necessary in Malaysia. Most of the time, restaurants and hotels include tips to wait staff and other employees in the bill. While this is usually the case, leaving a little extra money out for a good service is considered very respectable. Even though Malaysia is an Islamic country, alcohol has been embraced, mostly because of the enormous amount of tourists that flock to the country. As stated before, it is very serious to get caught while driving drunk, and police officers check for it regularly.

Malaysia is a great choice in deciding on a destination for travel. Keeping safe is vital in staying in Malaysia, and not just from thieves or criminals. Mosquitoes and other insects or leeches can pass diseases or provide a lot of hardship for travelers no aware of the dangers of diseases like malaria. Keeping safe is generally fairly easy, and a great time can be had while in Malaysia. All types of attractions, islands, cities, national parks, and cultural or historical sites can be visited- making Malaysia perfect for any type of trip. Families, thrill seekers, educational trips, and even a Spring Break all make great trips for the wonderful country of Malaysia.
